We start as young as age 3 with our Panda Cubs program and have classes for kids, teens, and adults. No matter your age or experience level, there’s a program designed for you.
Yes! Our adult program focuses on fitness, stress relief, and practical self-defense while providing the same structure and growth that our youth programs offer.

Yes! Trial classes let you and your child experience the energy, structure, and fun of martial arts before enrolling.
Our specials often include unlimited classes for a set time period plus a uniform or training shirt. We update them seasonally, so reach out to us for the latest offer.
You’ll be greeted by our team, given a quick orientation, and paired with an instructor who will guide you step-by-step. Expect a mix of warm-ups, drills, and beginner-friendly martial arts skills in a supportive atmosphere.
Comfortable workout clothes such as sweats and a t-shirt are fine for your first class. Once officially enrolled, your program includes an official Innovate Martial Arts uniform.
No prior experience is needed. Our programs are designed for complete beginners all the way to advanced martial artists.
We recommend attending 2–3 times per week for the best progress, but schedules are flexible to fit busy family life.
Alongside physical training, students develop focus, goal-setting, confidence, leadership, and respect-skills that carry over into school, home, and life.
Students progress through a series of colored belts, each representing new skills and growth. The system provides clear goals and recognition for hard work.
Testing is scheduled typically every 10-12 weeks, depending on attendance, effort, and readiness as determined by instructors.
Yes! We host unforgettable birthday parties packed with martial arts games, activities, and a chance for the birthday child to be the star of the day.
Students have the opportunity to compete locally, regionally, and nationally if they choose. Competition is optional but provides valuable experience and confidence.
Yes! Innovate Martial Arts offers themed summer camps and an after-school program with daily activities, martial arts training, and life-skill lessons.
